Arthrostim
ArthroStim is a chiropractic adjustment instrument designed to provide precise and gentle adjustments to the spine and other joints. It utilizes a controlled force, typically delivered through a handheld device, to apply targeted pressure to specific areas of the body. This technology has gained popularity among chiropractors and patients alike for its effectiveness and comfort.

Wobble Chair
The Wobble Chair is a unique piece of ergonomic furniture designed to promote active sitting and improve core strength, posture, and overall spinal health. Its innovative design encourages movement while seated, helping to engage and strengthen the muscles of the core, back, and pelvis.
Unlike traditional chairs that offer static support, the Wobble Chair features a rounded base that allows for rocking, tilting, and swiveling motions. This dynamic base requires the user to engage their core muscles to maintain balance and stability, effectively turning sitting into an active exercise.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitoring
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitoring is a method used to assess the variation in time intervals between consecutive heartbeats, providing valuable insights into the health and functioning of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). Unlike simply measuring the heart rate, which counts the number of beats per minute, HRV analysis looks at the specific patterns and fluctuations in the intervals between beats.
The ANS is responsible for regulating many involuntary bodily functions, including heart rate, respiration, digestion, and stress response. It consists of two branches: the sympathetic nervous system (SNS), which activates the body’s “fight or flight” response, and the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which promotes relaxation and recovery. The balance between these two branches is crucial for overall health and well-being.
